At LightsOne, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging your items securely to prevent any damage during dispatch. Our goal is to get your order to you promptly, and we strive to dispatch all items within one working day after payment clearance. Please allow a maximum of 7 days for delivery from the payment date.

For security reasons, we only ship to the address provided through PayPal, where the payment has been received. This precaution is in place to protect our customers from potential fraudulent activities.

UK Delivery:
- Royal Mail 48hrs, typically arriving within 3-5 working days (please note, delivery times are not guaranteed as they are beyond our control).
- Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched on the same day.
- Express delivery options for paid orders will be sent via Parcel Force 24 hours service.

In the event of a lost item, replacement shipments will only be processed after confirmation from Royal Mail, which typically takes 14 days from the dispatch date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

All our products undergo thorough checks and are packaged carefully. If any damage occurs during shipment, please provide a picture of the damaged part to facilitate the replacement process. Our couriers require proof of damage for any potential claims.

For replacements, the original item must be returned before arrangements can be made, as our supplier requires the original item for processing.

Returns & Refunds:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, please return it to us unused within 30 days, and we will issue a refund. For returns of faulty items, we will cover the return postal cost. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the postal charges.

Please send any returns by recorded post only.
